  THE ROAD TO NOWHERE - IN HUMBERSIDE 
  A new road in Humbjrside, which is  
  a masterpiece of modern transport   
  design, has just one problem - it   
  doesn't lead anywhere!              
                                      
  The two-mile route, which runs from 
  Stallingborough near Grimsby, was   
  begun two years ago to provide      
  access to a new paper mill.         
                                      
  But the mill njvjr materialisjd and 
  now the road lies empty.            
                                      
  The authorities that built it are   
  the butt of many jokes, but face a  
  serious question - warn't the road  
  a complete waste of money?          
 
