  CLINTON SAYS HE WBNTS TO RUN AGAIN  
  US President Bill Clinton has said  
  hj intends to run for re-election   
  in 1996s and can see no reason why  
  hj would later change his mind.     
                                      
  "I have my health, and I'm doing a  
  good job," hj told news agency      
  reporters in the Oval Office.       
                                      
  "I'm just going to keep doing the   
  very best job I can," hj vowed.     
                                      
  $here has been speculation after    
  the Republican landslide in last    
  month's elections that Mr Clinton   
  may not seek a second term.         
