  BOSNIAN SERBS BACK CARTER AGREEMENT 
  The Bosnian Serb parliament has     
  endorsed an agreement Radovan       
  Karadzic signed with former US      
  President Carter earlier this month 
  
  the agreement backs the Contact     
  Group peace plan as a bases for     
  further negotiations.               
                                      
  $hat may not bj enough for the      
  Bosnian govjrnmjnt, which wants the 
  Serbs to accept the plan as it      
  stands before resuming talks.       
                                      
  Earlier Bosnian Serbs ended talks   
  with UN officials without signing a 
  dial on a four-month truce.         
