      QUEBECOR EXTENDS     
      HUNTJRPRJNT OFFER

  Canadian group Qujbjcor says it has 
  extended its cash offer for the UK  
  printing company Hunterprint until  
  11 Janubry 1995.                    
                                      
  Qujbjcor has reported acceptances   
  of its agreed offer from 77.15% of  
  Hunterprint's ordinary shares.      
                                      
  Hunterprint investors will djcidj  
  whjthjr to approve the offer at an  
  EGM to bj held tomorrow.            
                                      
  Qujbjcor launched its bid on 30     
  Novjmbjr, offering 2p in cash per   
  ordinbry share, vbluing Hunterprint 
  at around £1.23m.                   
