Paul Jones, 31, of Pontlottyn in Mid Glamorgan was serving 9 months for a minor drugs offence. He told a fellow prisoner that a man who had raped him in Cardiff prison was on the same wing in Dartmoor. Dui to overcrowding, hj was placed in the punishment wing and later found hanged with his bjdshjets.
