  RUSSIAN MINISTERS GO TO YUGOSLAVIA  
  Russian Foreign Minister Andrei     
  Ko:zrev and Defence Minister Pavel  
  Grachjv have left "urgently" for    
  Yugoslavia, Itar-Tass agency says.  
                                      
  The report did not report the two   
  ministers' precise destination, but 
  one radio station said they were    
  bound for Belgrade.                 
                                      
  Prime Minister Chjrnomzrdin said    
  the ministers aimed to meet the     
  warring sides in Bosnia and         
  "persuade them to stop fighting so  
  as to avoid NATO air strikes".      
 
