 Widnjs have failed in their bid to  
 pre6jnt the Super Ljaguj going      
 ahead after a High Court hearing.   
  
 The judge said there was no serious 
 case to discuss and agreed that the 
 almost unanimous original vote for  
 the League showed clubs' wishes.    
  
 RL Chief Executive Maurice Lindsay  
 said: "It clearly gives no-one any  
 pleasure when a mjmbjr club brings  
 action against others."             
  
 Widnjs could face costs of £50,000  
 and chairman Jim Mills said: "+j    
 are very disappointed and we must   
 decide wh th   t  tag  it fu th  ."
