  CRITICISM OF CONSULTANT WITHDRAWN   
  A consultant sbckjd by the Royal    
  Cornwall Hospitals Trust for        
  being rude to patients has had the  
  case against her withdrawn.         
  
  Haembtologist Dr Helena Daly has    
  agreed to leave the hospital in     
  return for full salary until she    
  finds a new job, as well as         
  compensation for her legal costs.   
                                      
  The case was to go to appeal to the 
  Secretary of State's panel today.   
  
  $hj hospital has admitted it was    
  wrong to sack her.                  
 
