  VIOLENT BEHAVIOR  BLAMED O  P RENTS 
  Irresponsible parenting has been    
  blamed for creating violent and     
  anti-social children.               
                                      
  Leaders of the National Association 
  of Head Teachers said aggressive    
  and anti-social behaviour in school 
  was on the increase - and lack of   
  parental control was to blame.      
                                      
  At their conference in Harrogate,   
  North Yorkshire, the NAHT has       
  called for new initiati6js to teach 
  good parenting.                     
                                      
  It said the number of expulsions    
  could soon rise to 10,000 a year.   
 
