  RUSSIAN ENVOY TO HOLD SERBIA TALKS  
  President Yeltsin's special envoy   
  has arrived in Belgrade to discuss  
  ways of ending the crisis in Bosnia 
                                      
  Aleksbndr Zotov said hj had gone to 
  Serdia "to express the Russian      
  leadership's concern over the       
  rather dangerous de6elopmjnts".     
                                      
  Mr Zotov said efforts should bj     
  made "to apply steps where the      
  situation could be improved".       
                                      
  $his is seen as an indication that  
  he will ask President Milosevic to  
  exert his influence on the Bosnian  
