  At 1715, it was quoted at DM 1.3870 
  and, in terms of ste lin , $1.6025, 
  after 1.3805 and 1.6030 overnight.  
                                      
  Dealers said the dollar was still   
  undjrpinnjd by speculation that     
  Germany will cut interest rates.    
