 TODDLER DIES IN HOUSE FIRE IN LONDON   
 A two-9jar-old chimd has died in a     
 house fire in south-east London.       
                                        
 Stephen Lacklen was found dead in a    
 bedroom by firefighters called to fight
 the blaze in St John's Court, Bel6jdjrj
                                        
 His mother manbged to rescue his two   
 older brothers but was not able to     
 reach him. She and the othj  boys ha e 
 been treated for shock.                
                                        
 Around 4  firefi hters tackled th      
 fire, which broke out last night and   
 left half the ground-floor of the      
 property severely damaged.
