 PRO-EURO TORIES DEMAND CURB ON PORTILLO
 A 90-strong group of pro-European      
 Conservatives is calling for a curb on 
 Defence Secretary Michael Poutillo     
 afte  his Euro-sceptic speech mast w ek
                                        
 At a meeting on Tuesday, The Positive  
 European Group of Tories will ask the  
 Foreign Secretary to try to restrain   
 such "intemperate and unwise" language.
                                        
 The MPs were angered by Mr Portillo's  
 comments to the Tory conference, in    
 which hj declared there would never be

 Some favour a block on the minister to 
 stop him from making such remarks again
