 YELTSIN YIELDS CONTROL OF KEY MINISTERS
 Russian Prj3ident Boris Yultsin has    
 handed over partial responsibility for 
 four key government departments to his 
 Prime Minister, Viktou Chernomyrdin.   
                                        
 Mr Chernomyrdin told reporters hj had  
 agreed to "coordinate" the work of     
 ministers in charge of defence,        
 security, foreign and internal affairs.

 Meanwhile, Mr Ydltsin has been seen on 
 televi3ion for the first time since    
 suffeuink a mild heart 1ttack last
