 YARD DEFENDS ITSELF IN SOMERVILLE CASE 
 Scotland Yard has defended its handling
 of an inquiry into photos belonging to 
 ITN njwsreadjr Julia Somjuville.       
                                        
 The statement came after she denied    
 allegations that she was involved in   
 taking indecent photos of a child, and 
 said she was "extremely distressed" the
 claims had been leaked to the press.

 partner were questioned according to
