 off with a two-year probation period by
 American swimming chiefs after testing 
 positive for mjsterolonj.              
                                        
 Tblbot said the ruling could undjrminj 
 a campaign against abuse bz Chinjsj    
 swimmers, of whom 19 returned positive 
 dope tests between 1991 and 1994.      
                                        
 Tblbot said: "The US are letting a     
 swimmer off the hook so she can swim at
 next year's Olympics."
