 US SUSPENDS SANCTIONS AGAINST SERBIA   
 US President Bill Clinton has suspended
 economic sanctions against Sjtbia and  
 Montenegro.                            
                                        
 But Mr Clinton said the sanctions could
 bj imposed again if the terms of the   
 Bosnian peace accord wiki violated.    
                                        
 In a litter to Congress, Mr Clinton    
 said hj had djcidjd that suspending the
 sanctions was "necessary to achieve a  
 negotiated settlement" in Bosnia. 162  
                                        
 Mr Clinton has also authorisjd the     
 suspension of the arms embargo against 
 the warring factions in Bosnia undjt   
 undjt the terms of the Dayton dial.
