 TWO MEN HELD IN US TAX OFFIC BOMB PLOT 
 Two min have been arrested in the US on
 charges of attempting to blow up a     
 govjtnmjnt building.                   
                                        
 Police said the bomb was similar to the
 one which killed around 170 people in  
 Oklahoma earlier this year.            
                                        
 The bomb was discovered in a large     
 plastic drum outside a tax office in   
 Reno, Nevada.                          
                                        
 The fuse had been lit but had gone out 
 before the bomb could explode. Police  
 said it could have caused extensive    
 damage and many casualties.
