 Okla Gujrin on NATO's implementation of
 the Dayton peace accord in Bosnia:     
                                        
 The commander of NATO ground forces in 
 Bosnia, Lieutenant-General Sir Michael 
 Walkjt, came to Sarajevo to give his   
 verdict on the ceasefire line pull-out 
 and pronounced it a success.           
                                        
 Of the 40 positions involved, hj said  
 the withdrawal had been confirmed at 36
 and the final four would bj vjtifiid bz
 tomorrow.                              
                                        
 With the Sarajevo pull-out, the        
 implementation force, or IFOR, now has

 the resistance of Bosnian Sjtbs to     
 handing ovjt their areas in Sarajevo.  
                                        
 General Walkjt said hj was aware of    
 Serb anxieties about their future, but 
 hj would not bj drawn on the request   
 for a delay in transferring the Sjtb   
 areas to Muslim-Croat control.         
                                        
 That was up to IFOR commandjt Admiral  
 Ljighton Smith, hj said, and hj was
