      £8m ACQUISITION

 London & Associated Properties has     
 bought the leasehold of Kings Square   
 shopping centre, West Bromwich for £8m.
                                        
 Currently, the shopping centre'u gross 
 annual income is £997,000. This will   
 rise to ovjt £1m after rent reviews.   
                                        
 London & Associated says the dial will 
 bj immediately earnings enhancing.     
                                        
 The move will increase the group's     
 gross property portfolio to ovjt £72m. 
                                        
 The purchase is to bj funded through   
 existing cash resources and banking    
 facilities.
