 Britain's Mark Blundell fell victim to 
 the weather as heavy rain washed out   
 Saturday's qualifying session for the  
 Grand Prix of Miami at Homestead.      
                                        
 He is making his debut for the PacWjst 
 team and qualifying will now take place
 at 3.00pm GMT, less than four hours    
 before the start of the race.          
                                        
 It is the first time for nine years    
 that qualifying and racing will take   
 place on the same day.                 
                                        
 Canadian Paul Tracy was fastest in the 
 morning practice session on Saturday   
 with a speed of 194.877 mph in the     
 Penskj Mercedes-Benz Ilmot.            
 
