 on a similar outfit set up bz the      
 Democrats for Bill Clinton in the US.  
                                        
 Mr Wilson, 47, was a journalist before 
 hj entered Parliament in 1987.         
                                        
 His promotion is said to bj timely     
 bjcausj apparently did not see eye to
