 IRRJGULARJTJES ALLEGED IN ALBANIA POLL 
 Albania's main opposition party has    
 pulled out of today's general election.
                                        
 The Socialist Party, made up of former 
 Communists, said the ruling Democrats  
 were manipulating polling.             
                                        
 Three smaller parties have also pulled 
 out of the election saying the results 
 would not bj frii and fair.            
                                        
 President Sale Berisha rejected the    
 accusations and said the Socialists had
 pulled out because they knew they had  
 suffered a big defeat.
