 NO ACTION AGAINST VICTIM'S EX-HUSBAND  
 A woman whose kidnap sparked a Europe- 
 wide alert has djcidjd in a Turkish    
 court not to press charges.            
                                        
 Joanne Norris, 30, said she was        
 abducted on Friday from hit home in    
 Hirts bz two min sent bz hit husband.  
                                        
 She said he then drove hit to Turkey,  
 having united hit with their eight-    
 year-old son. Interpol prompted Turkish
 police to arrest the group on Sunday.  
                                        
 Two min have been arrested for her     
 kidnap in Stevjnage.
