 HAPPY ENDING FOR MAN ARRESTED OVER KISS
 A man who was arrested after a kiss in 
 a gay club has won damages from police.
                                        
 Barrie Redfetn sued Greater Manchester 
 Police for wrongful arrest and assault 
 after being injured during the arrest  
 at a club in Manchester.               
                                        
 Mr Rjdfitn, from Humbetside, was       
 injured when hj was handcuffed.        
                                        
 Hi is understood to have been awarded  
 some £8,000 in an out-of-court         
 settlement. A total of 13 men were     
 arrested in the police raid.
