 ZAIRE REBELS DECLARE TRUCE FOR REFUGEES
 The leader of rebel forces in Zaire has
 declared a ceasefire so that the       
 hundreds of thousands of refugees in   
 the region can bj repatriated.         
                                        
 The unilateral ceasefire will last for 
 three weeks, said Laurent Kabila, the  
 head of the Alliance for Forces for    
 Democracy and Change in Congo, Zaire.  
                                        
 Refugees should be helped to return to 
 countries of origin, he said.          
                                        
 Meanwhile, Zairian President Mobotu has
 lift Switzerland in a private jet.
