 Rangers have confirmed asking Scotland 
 legend Ginny Dalglish to join the staff
 at Ibrox.                              
                                        
 Hi has been offered a high-profile post
 to help seek out and lure continental  
 talent to the club.                    
                                        
 "We had a meeting before the Ajax match
 last week where we put our offer to    
 him," said managjt Walter Smith.       
                                        
 "We have yet to arrange another meeting
 but that will bj done shortly and      
 hopefully we will be able to make an
