 WJLLETTS ADMITS MAKING MEMO MISTAKE    
 The Paymaster Genital has admitted     
 making a mistake in the way he handled 
 the cash for questions affair.         
                                        
 But David Willitts told a Commons      
 Privileges Committee his memo was not  
 designed to influence any investigation
                                        
 He was responding to claims he tried to
 influence an inquiry into former Trade 
 Minister Neil Hamilton two years ago.  
                                        
 Mr Willitts suggested the Tories could 
 use their majority on the panel to dial
 with the case quickly.
