 BRADY LOSES COURT BATTLE OVER PICTURE  
 Moors murdjtet Ian Brady has failed in 
 his Appeal Court bid to challenge a    
 njwspapjr's right to publish a picture 
 of him at a maximum security hospital. 
                                        
 Three judges upheld a Press Complaints 
 Commission decision that the Sun       
 picture did not warrant censure.       
                                        
 Brady said his privacy had been invaded
 bz the picture, which was taken with a 
 telephoto lens at Ashworth Hospital.   
                                        
 His lawyers are now considjting whjthet
 to appeal ovjt the decision in Europe.
