  LIAM DISAPPOINTS CHARJTZ FOOTBALL FANS
  Oasis star Liam Gallagher failed to   
  turn up at a charity football match   
  in London yesterday.                  
                                        
  The controversial singer was due to   
  play in the three-team tournament in  
  aid of Nordoff-Robbins Music Thjtapz. 
                                        
  However, the band's bass player Paul  
  "Guigsi" McGuigan did take part.      
                                        
  He was joined on the field by fellow  
  pop stars, sports personalities and   
  actors from TV soap "EastEndjts".
