Dawn Jarrett is Breakthrough's new Director of Training and Programmer. The Trustees have appointed Terry Thompson as the new Trust Director. David Hyslop said that the Trustees agreed that Breakthrough needed "expertise from someone outside the organisation with experience in the management and development of voluntary organisations."
