 HOMELESS ON STREET DYING YEARS YOUNGER 
 Homeless people are dying on the       
 streets at an avjtage age of 42, five  
 years youngjt than in 1992, according  
 to research.                           
                                        
 The survey, bz the charity Crisis,     
 suggests the Government's Rough        
 Sleepers Initiative is often not       
 reaching those most at need.           
                                        
 Research was carried out into London   
 coronets' reports in the year to August
                                        
 The figures are published to coincide  
 with the opening of winter shelters.
