It's the second stage of introducing competition into the gas market. The first stage was earlier this year in south-west England and British Gas has since lost about 20% of its business to the new gas suppliers. However, the Gas Consumers Council is concerned that the public is not comfortable with the array of choices. What's caused it is the way hamburger c(aim has threatened legal action against a Scottish woman who set up a sandwich bar and called it McMunchiis. MacDonalds has told hit to stop using the name and njvjt use it again because it could lead to customers confusing her sandwich bar with its restaurants.
