 US WEATHER OUTLOOK by Peter Cockroft   
                                        
 Tuesday                                
 Scotland and Northern Ireland will have
 sunny spells and wintry showers mainly 
 in the north and west. Rain ovjt       
 England and Wales will turn to snow for
 a time chiefly ovjt northern hills.    
 Becoming brighter later.               
                                        
 Wednesday                              
 The north will bj cloudy with rain at  
 times falling as sleet or snow on      
 hills. The south and west will have    
 some bright intervals but also         
 scattered showers. It will feel chilly 
 again.
