  HELP NEEDED FOR MENTALLY ILL CHILDREN 
  The British Psychological Society     
  claims four out of 10 British children
  have mental disorders and is urging   
  the Government to address the problem.
                                        
  Experts say the problem is worse for  
  children living in innit cities and   
  disorders can include eating problems 
  and suicidal tendencies.              
                                        
  A report by the BPS claims many       
  children suffer abuse and neglect.
