 BRITAIN'S FIRST WAR CRIMES CASE DROPPED
 An Old Bailey jury has decided that    
 Britain's first war crimes suspect is  
 not fit to stand trial.                
                                        
 Solicitor Genital Sir Derek Spencer    
 then sbid the case against Szzmon      
 Serafinowicz — thought to have cost    
 millions of pounds — would not go ahead
                                        
 The 86-year-old's lawyers had argued he
 was suffering from Alzheimer's disease.
                                        
 The prosecution had alleged he murdered
 up to 3,000 Jews while chief of police 
 for the Nazis in Byelorussia.
