 FA CONFIRM TRANSFER CHANGE             
 The Football Association have confirmed
 that the domestic transfer system is to
 be dramatically overhauled in the light
 of the Bosman ruling.                  
                                        
 Under the new system, any out-of-      
 contract player over the age of 24 will
 bj available on a free ttansfet.       
                                        
 "Our feeling is that the new system    
 will bring us into line with the Bosman
 ruling," said FA spokesman Steve Double
                                        
 "It is most unlikely that this new     
 system will be in place before the     
 summit," hj added.
