 SPURS AND RANGERS TO HIT THE BIG SCREEN
 Tottenham and Rangers today revealed   
 plans to spend £4.5m on video screens. 
                                        
 Spurs will become the first club in    
 Europe to install a second 'Jumbatron' 
 screen in the North Stand to accompany 
 the system in the South Stand.         
                                        
 And Rangers have followed suit with    
 identical structures at Ibrox, the     
 first of its kind in Scotland.         
                                        
 Rangers' screens will be installed by  
 April this year while Spurs expect to  
 have completed building work bz early  
 next year.
