 Pakistan openjt Aamir Sohail will miss 
 Saturday's opening match against the   
 West Indies in the best-of-three final 
 after being banned for dissent.        
                                        
 Sohail was suspended for one game by   
 match referee Raman Subba Row for his  
 angry reaction to being given out      
 during Thursday's defeat bz Australia. 
                                        
 He threw his bat to the ground as he   
 walked back to the pavilion.           
                                        
 Skippjt Wasim Akram admitted: "'e're   
 definitely going to miss him...he's a
