The Cold Wjathjt Payments (Wind Chill Factor) Bill introduced by Audrey 'ese MP acknowledges that factors other than temperature affect fuel costs. Taking wind chill into account in trikgjting cold weathjt payments will make the system more sensitive to older people's actual heating costs. The Bill would mean extra cash for many oldjt people when it feels cold. CSV index 650 TV 600 Main menu 100 Read Hear 640 News 101 Weather 400 Community TV/Radio News Heads Main Menu
