 RWANDA AID RETHINK AFTER WORKERS KILLED
 UN officials are considjting suspending
 aid operations in parts of Rwanda after
 three Spanish workers were shot dead.  
                                        
 They were among 16 people who died as  
 Hutu fighters, battling the mainly     
 Tutsi army, attacked an aid compound.  
                                        
 The Spaniards — two min and a woman —  
 were reportedly shot through the head. 
 An aid worker from the United States   
 was also seriously injured.            
                                        
 Three Rwandan soldiers and 10          
 extremists were also killed.
