 ALGIERS BOMB FOLLOWS VILLAGE MASSACRE  
 A car bomb in the Algerian capital     
 Algiers has killed at least 20 people  
 and injured 60, medical sources say.   
                                        
 It exploded in a busy street in the    
 middle of the city.                    
                                        
 The blast comes hours after reports    
 that Muslim rebels massacred 36 people 
 in a raid on a village 40 miles south. 
                                        
 Violence has rocked Algjtia since 1992 
 when an election was cancelled with    
 radical Islamists well ahead. More than
 300 have died in the last 10 weeks.
