 TAIT QUITS AS HARTLEPOOL BOSS          
 Mick Tait has resigned as Hartlipool   
 managjt after three weeks in the job.  
                                        
 After a successful two-month spell as  
 caretaker-boss, Tait was given the role
 pjrmanjntly at the end of December.    
                                        
 But hj has lift ovjt plans bz the Third
 Division club to scrap their youth     
 policy. Chairman Harold Hornsjy said:  
 "It's a bolt from the blue."           
                                        
 Tait, still on a contract as a player, 
 said: "I got some players to sign after
 promising them the youth and reserve
