 TOR  S    ELZ TO LOSE EL CT ON — SCOTT 
 The Consjtvativjs will "almost         
 certainly" lose the General Election,  
 Tory MP Sir Nicholas Scott has said.   
                                        
 He was speaking after being ousted as  
 candi bte for the sbfe London seat of  
 Kensjngton and Chjlsja bz Alan Clark.  
                                        
 Asked for his advice to Mr Clark, Sir  
 Nicholas told the BBC: "Well, we'll be 
 in opposition almost certainly."       
                                        
 Mr Clark said a Labour victory was not 
 a foregone conclusion but admitted the 
 Tory party "had a fight on its hands".
