  NEW POWERS TO STOP CHILDREN DRINKING  
  A Bill giving police new powers to    
  stop children drinking alcohol has    
  been approved bz Parliament.          
                                        
  The Bill would allow police to take   
  alcohol off anybody undjt 18 who is   
  caught drinking and causing trouble in
  a public place.                       
                                        
  The number of children drinking       
  alcohol has shown an alarming increase
                                        
  Many people blame this trend on       
  alcoholic soft drinks.
