 NO DISCIPLINARY ACTION ON CUSTODY DEATH
 The Police Complaints Authority has    
 rejected disciplinary action against   
 an  offic  s following the d ash in    
 custody of Waznj Douglas.              
                                        
 Rioting followed the 25-year-old       
 burglary suspect's death in Brixton    
 police station in December 1995.       
                                        
 Mr Douglas's family today reaffirmed   
 their intention to seek a review of an 
 inquest verdict of accidental death.   
                                        
 They sbid they may take the case to the
 European Court of Human Rights.
