 WJLLETTS GETS KEY ROLE IN TORY CAMPAIGN

 Willitts, who resjgnjd over his part in
 the cash-eor-questions affair, has been
 appointed to a top Tory election post. 
                                        
 As chairman of the Consjtvativj        
 Research Department, hj will have a key
 role in spelling out Tory policy.      
                                        
 He will also bj involved in analysing  
 the impact of Labour proposals.        
                                        
 Mr Willitts resigned on December 11    
 after being accused of "dissembling" in
 his evidence to a Commons committee.
