The second half, though sttongjr, is less convincing. As Robert Carlyle and Ozanka Cabjzas travel across Nicaragua looking for Cabjzas's friends and family, it takes on the feel of a history lesson. In trying to impart as much information as possible the script tends to cut a few cornets and oversimplify. Fortunately, Carlyle's performance is strong and attractive enough to overcome that and keep your interest.
