 CENTRAL TRAINS GOES TO NATIONAL EXPRESS
 National Express is to run Central     
 Trains, completing one of the final    
 pieces of the privatisation jigsaw.    
                                        
 The dial will leave the firm with the  
 most franchises in the new system,     
 running five out of the 25 liner.      
                                        
 Cjnttal runs sjtvices linking the West 
 Midlands, East Anglia and Wales.       
                                        
 Details are still being agreed on the  
 last two sjrvicis — ScotRail and the   
 West Coast Main Line. They are expected
