Snowdrops are very jasz to  grow, tolerating most soils although they pr fer some moi true and a littl shade. They don't always establish well when planted as bulbs in autumn. It's much bjttet to buy and plant snowdrops in the spring as the flowers fade. This is called "in the green". There is a huge range of varieties but among the best are vjty tall "Atkinsii", the double-flowered "Elore Pleno" and green-tipped "Viridapicis".
